Excellent service, quick and responsive to all our calls... great negotiation skills with the buyer to achieve a good result for both parties and the finale with handover was unexpected and charming welcome gift.  

They were pretty well spot on with their estimate of the value of our property. Indy was always keeping me up to date with the offers coming in and would return my calls as soon as she could. And as for the auction Indy ended up getting way more than we expected.  

Indy really took care of the sale from initial sign up to the sale. Timely updates on open house outcomes were delivered and she really put us at ease on auction day. Ultimately, it all comes down to a good sale outcome and this was delivered with a result that was significantly above our reserve price.
