OUR FIRST STEP

Founded by Justin Voss in 2011 and based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Blue Moon has become one of the most respected and trusted agencies and currently have 15 offices stretching from Hervey Bay to Brisbane CBD. Justin ran his own office for many years prior to this as one of the top performing  Ray White franchises. Expensive fees, high pressure, relentless sales meetings and dog eat dog mentality throughout these larger firms made the decision to form a smaller, family orientated business very easy.

  • With over 30 years in the real estate industry Justin has one of the countries smartest real estate brains and has been recognized nationally as one of the finest auctioneers over the past 3 decades.

OUR COACH

  • Like every successful team we need a tried and tested coach. Craig brings a wealth of knowledge, life experience and energy to Blue Moon. Justin and Craig are close friends and work together every day to improve our game.
  • Craig is a respected sporting coach and has coached from ground roots to state and national levels across 3 different disciplines and brings the same principles into business.
  • Craig started his working life as a carpenter and then in the early 90s turned his hand at selling luxury coast units he also worked for a developer selling land from an small onsite office in the late 90s. He then spent the next 18 years as a highly respected luxury custom home builder being rewarded in excess of 50 Housing Industry Awards in that time.
  • When it comes to managing your staff and business Craig will bring an edge that our competitors cant offer. He is available to you at all times and will frequently visit for a catch up.

  • When you reach these forks understand that the decision you are about to make is in fact not as complicated as it appears. Simply take the turn and make the decision that you would want to take if the outcome of the decision affected you personally.
