Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policy for bookings made directly through Blue Moon Property

 

Guests must pay a $300 deposit to secure all bookings. This payment is to be paid by Credit Card or paid by bank transfer into the Blue Moon Property Trust Account. All payments made to secure a booking are non-refundable. 


 

All properties require a $500 security deposit to be paid by Credit Card or paid by bank transfer into the Blue Moon Property Trust Account no later than 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposits will be refunded back to your preferred bank account within 7 days of your departure. Any damage caused to the property during your stay will be deducted from the $500 security deposit.

 

Balance of all accommodation fees must be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to check-in date.
Failure to make payments by the due date will result in the cancellation of your reservation.

 

Any bookings cancelled up to 15 days from check-in date will receive a full refund (not including the $300 non-refundable deposit).

 

Any bookings cancelled 14 or less from check-in date will forfeit all monies paid and no refunds will be given.

 

If a guest is a "no show" on check-in date all monies paid will be forfeited and no refunds will be given.

 

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS - Any payments made by credit card will attract a 2.2% bank surcharge.
